Prototype & Lower Volume Parts
While many manufacturing companies do not wish to handle lower volume prototypes, R&D parts or spares, we at MGM Manufacturing always welcome such lower quantity projects. We have specific machines set up just for such short-run projects and take great pride in turning out these components promptly.

Micro-Machined Parts & Larger Machined Parts
MGM Manufacturing has a very wide range of CNC machining capabilities which include manufacturing of micro-machined parts as well as larger milled components. We can machine components as small as 0.01” diameter and 0.02” long as well as CNC milling of larger components up to 84” long and 40” wide. We take great pride in producing the built-to-print parts which most average manufacturing companies shy away from or do not wish to handle.
Offering Better Delivery Schedules
While other companies offer longer lead times to deliver your parts MGM Manufacturing can often times cut those lead times in half and deliver your components more rapidly. This is due to our higher efficiency and specific tooling geared for components specific to the manufacturing industry. Likewise we can utilize our additional shifts to expedite work on certain “hot” parts when our customers pay for the expedited deliveries.
