MGM Manufacturing produces a wide range of custom-made heavy-duty Shear Blades, Guillotine Blades, Punches & Presses for various raw metal mills, plastics and paper producers as well as other industry manufacturers.
These blades are typically manufactured from heat treated Tool Steels including A-2, D-3 and H-13. Our maximum capabilities are in producing Shear Blades that measure up to 84” in length and 25” in diameter.
The blades we produce are “build-to-print” and custom-made for specific application, so we will need your fully dimensional blue print to produce your required blades. If you have obsolete blades with no dimensional prints, we can easily reverse engineer your blades, produce prints for them and then manufacture them for you.
