Inspection
MGM Manufacturing being a full-service manufacturing company also provides inspection services to many of customers utilizing our fully automated state-of-the-art DCC Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Whether you need certain dimensions inspected from your component or an entire first article inspection, MGM can successfully complete the necessary inspection work required. We can provide the results of the inspection work in a standard dimensional report or in a more professional AS9102 formatted report.
Reverse Engineering
At the same time for many obsolete components or components that do not have proper dimensional blue prints, we have the unique capabilities to perform reverse engineering in order to generate the necessary blue prints for our customers’ parts. Of times after we complete reverse engineering on certain older parts, our customers also ask us to manufacture sample parts from these newly drafted blue prints.
Fabrication
MGM Manufacturing’s team consists of a crew of remarkably talented and seasoned engineers, machinists, and fabricators with nearly 75 years of combined experience in the metal manufacturing industry. We welcome producing some of the most complex, tight-tolerance, uniquely designed machined and fabricated components which most “average” companies may shy away from. Exotic alloy components and tight tolerance components are also welcomed by our team. We take tremendous pride in rising to the challenge and successfully completing the parts and projects which others do not want to even consider!
