MGM Manufacturing’s area of expertise is in build-to-print 4 and 5-Axis CNC milling and turning procedures. Most of our focus is on manufacturing is complex and close tolerance precision CNC components from the exotic and harder alloys.
These harder exotic alloys include Titanium, Inconel, Monel, Molybdenum, Beryllium Copper, Nickel, Kovar, Hastelloy, Prodec, Super Invar and any array of other alloys. Additionally, we excel at machining components from industrial grade plastics such as; Delrin, PEEK, Vespel, Nylon, Teflon, Acetal, HDPE, Ultem, PTFE, Torlon, Celazole and other plastic polymers.
We welcome both prototypes, lower volume parts as well as production volume projects. We can turn parts up to 25” in diameter and 12” long. Likewise, we can mill parts up to 84” long and 40” wide.
These components are produced for the aerospace, aviation, medical/scientific, oil/gas industry, automotive, automation systems, surgical devices and other industries that are designing more durable and light weight components.
