Reverse Engineering
Often times our customers come to us with samples of outdated or damaged molds and dies without blue prints. Our engineering team has the ability to reverse engineer these items utilizing our coordinate measurement machine (CMM), then develop new blue prints and finally manufacture the die or mold required.
Sheet Metal & Stamping Fabrication
With our in-house fabrication capabilities, we can also manufacture some light precision sheet metal and stamping fabrication components for our clientele. We produce individual custom parts ranging from 1″ to 4 feet in length accordingly to our customer blue prints. Whether it prototype or production run components, we are capable of furnishing high quality sheet metal and stamping fabrications.
