Metrology & Inspection Services
We provide an array of inspection and metrology services utilizing our brand new state-of-the-art fully automated “Brown & Sharpe” DCC Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect smaller parts as well as larger components up to 100″ long. Our services include first article inspection, statistical analysis, two and three-dimensional contour analysis, surface finish analysis, form/roundness testing, dimensional inspection, validation, verification, hardness testing, product evaluation. We likewise our main expertise is in inspection of the most any of our client’s Complex & Close Tolerance 4 & 5-Axis machined components.
Our metrology lab utilizes PC-DMIS software which can exchange CAD files resulting in CAD-type imagery in order to provide dimensional analysis and identify errors. Our metrology reports are furnished on the standard “AS9102 form” and can also be catered to meet individual customer-specific formats.
Our metrology lab adheres to AS9100 & ISO 9001 quality standards. All of our metrology equipment and instruments are routinely fully calibrated by outside calibration labs to ensure 100% accuracy in our inspection.

DCC CMM Programming
Additionally, we provide stand alone DCC CMM programming for our manufacturing clientele who do not have the staff to create programming for their CMM equipment.
Reverse Engineering
Often times our customers come to us with samples of outdated or damaged components without blue prints that must be reproduced. Our seasoned engineering team has the ability to reverse engineer these components utilizing our DCC CMM, then develop new blue prints and successfully manufacture the new parts required.

Our metrology lab is headed by a talented team of quality assurance inspectors with more than 30 years of hands-on experience with utilizing various manual and fully automatic CMM equipment as well as programming of DCC CMMs. Our inspection team has had extensive experience checking some of the most intricate components, toolings, fixtures and molds for various aerospace, automotive, medical and other major manufacturers.
